Grenade Horn!

Today is the first day of my long/mini vacation weekend! We went miniature golfing! We've both never done this before, so me and panda were looking forward to it! We went in the afternoon-ish cause that's when the sun is about to go down. I didn't want to go play while the sun was shinning full blast on my face. Anyway, we hit the 101 and there was a little traffic. I didn't mind though cause I wasn't in a hurry, since they close the place at 10pm. We had plenty of time! Panda was taking pictures :) 

The place is called Sherman Oaks Castle Park! Its in the valley! Its literally right of the Sepulveda exit! Super easy to get there. The parking is FREE, which is a plus!

Everything reminded me of little people. No offense. Everything was so cute and . . . . colorful hahaha

Another plus is that its a CASTLE!! The place is shaped in a castle. Its so cute!

Another plus, is that its SO cheap! Its $6.50 a person! That's it. $6.50! You only get ONE ball, so you have to be careful and make sure you know where its at all times! They have different color balls that you can pick from. Panda got an orange one, and I got a blue one. I shouldn't have gotten the blue ball (ha), cause it was a little difficult to look for it when the sun went down. So, when you pick your ball pick a BRIGHT color!

Panda seriously kick my ass in the first couple of courses, but I won at the end! :)

This castle place also has an arcade section and it has a batting cage! We didn't get to go to the batting cage, but we DID get to use the arcades! Seriously, this place is awesome. Its clean, which is a big plus for me! Its not like the games at chucky cheese, where the machines are falling apart and they're crawling with gross shit! This place is nice and decent! ... OH! and cheap! Each token is 25 cents! Each machine uses mostly only TWO tokens! So its pretty much 50 cents a game. We played a couple games.

We got $9 worth of tokens :) We got a little too into it! Its cause we wanted to get 500 tickets so we can get the grenade horn!! hahaha If you don't watch the jersey shore, you don't know what a grenade horn is. Anyway, the grenade horn was worth 500 tickets and we both wanted to get it! hahaha

OH! So inside the arcade place they have a photo booth! Its $2 for 4 poses! When we went inside someone put money in the booth but never took their picture! So we got our pictures for free! hahaha Oh YEAH!

We ended up getting 236 tickets. We didn't have enough tickets to get the grenade horn! BUT we're planning on going back to get the other half of the tickets so we can get our grenade horn! hahaha

Tomorrow is day TWO of my long/mini vacation weekend! I cant wait!!! Bye Bye!!

Foo Fighters had a secret show Monday night. The only way that you could have found out about it was if you follow them on twitter. They would post up pictures and you had to figure out where it was! Here are the pictures that they put up for Monday's show:

I got out of work at 2:30pm Monday afternoon. I was walking to the car when my brother called me and told me that it was going to be at THE ROXY and that people were lining up already to buy their wristbands for the show. They were going to start selling the wristbands at 5pm. My brother asked if panda was going to go. I asked panda since he was with me. He said no of course. So, I told my brother that he didnt want to go. Then he asked me why not, so I handed him the phone so he could explain to my brother why he didnt want to go. My brother even offered to pay for him and he still said no. Anyway, he ended up going home and I headed over to THE ROXY. I had to stop by the bank to get some cash cause it was cash only. OMG parking was a nightmare, and when I passed by THE ROXY the line was growing bigger and bigger. So I parked in the 2 hour parking spot.

The parking spot was in a hill! I dont know if you guys have driven by the sunset strip, and there's those really big hills?!? Well, those hills are scary. I was so scared to park in that spot cause my car kept going forward when I was trying to go back to fit into the spot! It took me forever! I was stressing even more cause it was almost 5pm! My brother was in line already, but still. I was seriously sweating in my car trying to park my car and NOT hit the car in front of me or BEHIND me! Geez! Anyway! Once I parked I power walked my ass to THE ROXY and I got in line with my brother. There were a lot of people there already! While I was walking to THE ROXY I was checking twitter and I noticed that my manager (Yes, we follow eachother on twitter haha) posted something about a secret show. It turned out that he was there in line too! hahaha Once he got his wristband he past by us, and we said hello :) Once we paid for our wristband, they told us to come back after 7:30pm. I had wrsitband #163. Since I was parked in the 2 hour parking spot, and since I didnt want to see the first 2 bands . . . I left to panda's house. I ate and rested there a bit. Around 10pm I started heading back to Hollywood cause the foo fighters were going to play from 10:30pm-1am. Since I got there later, parking was way cheaper! I paid $5! Earlier the parking was $15! Anyway, I went to the front door and I showed the bouncer my wristband and I went in. My brother was waiting for me by the front door already.

When I went inside, they were setting up for the FF. I went over the merch and I bought a shirt. 10 minutes later they went on staaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaage! =D I was so excited! Not only was this my first show of the year, but this was my first time seeing the FF live in the flesh! They played their whole new album (which hasnt come out yet) from cover to cover. After 16 new songs. Dave gave a little speech before they started playing the songs that everyone knew haha. His speech was funny. I recorded everything. I'll put it on youtube soon.

While they were playing I noticed my manager was with his wife just a couple of feet in front of me. I was in the back with my brother watching the show. I was being nosy and I was looking over a couple times, and I saw my manager getting into the show haha He was standing behing his wife taking care of her just in case idiots start pushing and getting into the pit. It was so cute. I wished panda was there :( But I had my fatass brother there :) He's always been there at shows with me :) I love him (dont tell him I said that)

Overall the show was fucking bad ass! I loved it! I swear I was just standing there and I felt the sweat dripping down my back! Gross, but I'm keeping it real. I was wearing a grey shirt so, I'm sure you could tell the sweat marks if you looked at me hahaha. After the show I went straight home. I felt the sickness kicking in and I had to be at work that morning at 8:30am! Ugh mornings. Anyway! Here are a FEW of the pictures that I took!

That morning, sure enough I woke up sick. I still went to work, cause I wasn't like "OMG I'M SO SICK I CANT GET OUT OF BED" type of sick. I was just like "Eww, my nose is clogged with boogers and my throat itches" type of sick :) So, I went to work and I kept sneezing and my boss noticed and he was like "Oh hell no, GO HOME! I have enough problems in my life right now, and I dont need to get sick!" hahahaha I was like "REALLY?!?! THANKS!!!!!" So, I got my shit and I went to TARGET! hahaha I love target so much. Then I went to ULTA to go get the new O.P.I. polish in SHATTER! Of course it was sold out! The lady told me, "Come back ______________ morning and we're going to have it for sure!" I said OK. 

Today, after work though I went to Sally's to check if they had it there but they didnt even carry it. Lame. Tomorrow, Im going to Forever 21 cause I've been eyeing  a couple things online! :) Im off for the next 5 days STRAIGHT! Im excited, I want to do so many things :) I'll take pictures of course! :)

Today, at work my co worker was telling me that he needs a new TV. I asked why, and he said because since he lives with his girlfriend they have to take turns on the TV. He said that when he wants to play video games, he has to wait cause she's using the TV hahaha It reminded me SO much of panda and I! Cause I always tell him that when we move out that we're going to have to get TWO TV's cause he's ALWAYS watching sports! Right now, we kinda take turns. I get the TV for a couples hours, then he gets it lol

Even the cashiers at Ralphs were in the football spirit.We went to Ralphs literally minutes before the game started to get chips. OMG I swear panda was getting me mad. He was getting so impatient! The lines were HUGE to pay at Ralphs and parking was chaos, and he was in line complaining that he's going to miss the game! Its just a game, shit. Anyway, by the time we got home the game had already started. Boo hoo. I started cooking asap cause everyone was hungry :) I made my yummy chicken alfredo Mmm!! As I was cooking mama panda (Harold gave her that name lol) offered to help me cook. I was cooking the chicken, and I took out the pieces that were done cooking. I cut the piece into little pieces. She tried one of the pieces and she said that it need more time to cook. I tried a piece and it tasted fine to me. It was cooked all the way. So I didnt want to NOT listen to her, so I put the chicken back in the pan. OMG mama panda over cooked my chicken :( It got a little burned and it got dry :( I didnt say anything cause I didnt want to be rude. When she went to the bathroom and I told panda that she burned my chicken :( He said it was ok. Once i mixed everything together, it came out so good (except for the burned pieces haha). THE END.

OH WAIT! About the game . . . . So, panda was going for the steelers. He was yelling throughout the whole game. He was nervous the whole time! He had his hands into fists the whole time! I told him to RELAX! That didnt work. I've learned that the phrase "IT'S JUST A FUCKING GAME!!!" doesnt mean shit to sports fans. Anyway, his team lost. He was pissed. Now he owes my brother $20 hahaha  

After the game we went back to ralphs to buy things that we couldnt get earlier cause we were in a rush. I bought 4 boxes of Capri Sun! They were 99 cents a box!! Oh Yeah :) Im thinking of keeping a box in my locker at work, a box in my car, and 2 boxes at my house :) . . . . . Alright, Im going to call it a night. I have to work in the morning :( UGH! Mornings :( I have to work tomorrow, Tuesday, AND Wednesday morning! :( Fuck. Ok Goodnight!

OH WAIT!!! I forgot to talk about halftime! hahaha OMG it was horrible. Seriously! They cant sing for shit!! It was like tron/tranny/valentines/robots/CRAP! I very much enjoyed all the tweets from celebz and their opinion about the BEP hahahaha Ok Im done. Goodnight.

Super Bowl FOOD!

The picture above was posted cause it just reminds me of all the guys on I USED TO BE FAT on MTV. 

So, these past couple of weeks I've been working only 3 days a week. Therefor, I get to sleep in A LOT more! Let me tell you, sleeping in is the best thing ever! I love it so much. Usually when I have to go to work in the morning, I wake up all stressed out cause the first thing that I think about in the morning is "Fuuuuuuuuck what time is it?!" and thats when the rushing starts. Then my day starts out with stress and whatnot. I know, I could just wake up earlier and NOT stress about getting to work on time .... but honestly thats just NOT me! hahaha Some people ENJOY waking up early and blah blah blah. Hell no, thats NOT me! I love my sleep :) 

So yesterday I went over panda's house and his mom asked me to put this product on her hair. It's supposed to help prevent hair loss. While I was putting the product on her hair, I was telling her that my mom uses products for hair loss too. I think its normal to lose hair once you older. People lose it cause of stress, heat damage, too much products in the hair, ect. She was telling me that she washes her hair every other day. I told her that I know a lot of girls who do that. That they just wash their hair every other day. I on the other hand, I wash my hair everyday. I dont feel right leaving the house without clean hair. They say that its bad to wash your hair everyday cause it'll make your hair super dry and whatnot. I've been washing my hair everyday, for years now and my hair is fine. I think its just a myth so people can save water hahaha 

Anyway, today is superbowl Sunday and I could care less cause I dont understand football if my life dependend on it! Panda is beyond excited, me and his mom are going to cook while he watches the game :) Mmmmm yummy chicken alfredo!!! Ok I have to go get ready! Byeeeeee!

Lady GaGa herself teamed up with Polaroid and later this year, they're going to release the new polaroid camera!! I want it! Therefor, I'm going to get it!! In the video that I watched, GaGa shows her blackberry phone and disses the iphone! hahaha Anyway the camera cartridge only has 10 shots. After the 10 are up, you just change the cartridge. Easy as that. It also has an LCD screen in the bottom of the camera :) I WANT IT!!!

Panda's holding the flier that we got at the Americana. Its a special that they're going to have. Its called DATE NIGHT and its $30 per person. It includes dinner for two (@ Trattoria Amici, Frida Mexican Cuisine, Katsuya, The Cheesecake Factory, or Granville Cafe), Movie, and free Valet parking. Its only good Monday-Thursday nights ... AND its from February 1 - April 28 :) We're gonna go :)
