Busy Busy Busy

This weekend was crazy busy! Saturday I went to my friends baby shower. It started at 4pm, but she asked me to be there at 12pm to help out with the decorations. I got there around 12:30pm. I went upstairs and my friend wasn't home, she was at a doctor checkup. So, when I walked in her mom was cleaning like crazy her brother was just kickin it and our other friend was getting ready. I looked at the decorations and it was a little bit. Her mom asked me if it was enough, I said no. So I went to the store around the corner and I bought everything that was blue and for babies. I bought a shit load of banners that said "ITS A BOY! . . . BABY SHOWER!" Once i got back to the apartment, my friend was there! She's so pretty. She was leaving again to go get her hair done. So she went with the baby's daddy, and our friend. I stayed home with her brother and her mom. Me and her brother decorated the whole living room. It took a couple of hours but we made it work! We hanged pacifiers from the ceiling! We stapled baby clothes to the wall! We had ribbon everywhere! Balloons were all over the place! We did a pretty good job for a last minute thing tbh. After we were done, people started showing up little by little. The living started to feel smaller and smaller. Then it started to get hot as hell, so  the AC had to be up on blast. Her brother, our friend, and I were in the back of the room sitting down talking and just relaxing. The baby's momma was walking all over the place saying hello to everyone and greeting them. I could tell she was tired and irritated. I know her. Once in a while she'll take a break and she'll come and sit down with us. Then when someone knew came through the door, she'll get up and greet them as well. After everyone ate, we played the games, then opened the 104,385,134 gifts that she had. Then once everyone was gone we all just sat there and looked at each other lol I stayed there until 10pm cause I had to go pick up my bf at work.

Then on Sunday, it was Valentines Day! My bf called in the morning and we talked for evah! My bf loves the rappers from the west coast (Snoop, Tupac, Ect.) I on the other hand love rappers from the East coast (Biggie, etc.) I like west coast rappers too cause they represent Cali, but biggie has a tiny spot in my greasy little heart. Anyway, so my bf had to get rid of his 100+ pound pit bull. His friend took his pit bull and in exchange he gave my bf ANOTHER pit bull! haha This one is a baby pit bull! He's so adorable and cute! He's one month old and he has blue eyes! He's SOOOO Cute!!! So when he called on valentines day he told me that he named the puppy "Biggie" cause I like biggie! :) That was the cutest thing ever! (I'll post a pic of biggie later on) After we talked on the phone I got ready and I went to go pick him up. I was waiting outside his place, and he comes out with a dozen red tulips and a Sanrio bag! He opened the door and said "Babe! Look what I have!!" haha he's so funny lol He made me open my gift on the spot. It was a hello kitty purse :) WooO! Then I gave him my gift, which was a card with mushy stuff in it and a shit load of lottery tickets (cause he's addicted to those. I bought all the lottery tickets from different stores so he can have a better chance of winning! After we exchanged gifts we headed over to Target because I had to buy one of my co workers a birthday gift cause her birthday was on Saturday. We walked around target and we couldn't find anything for her, so I ended up getting her a $30 gift card. Then we also got a nail trimmer thing that they advertise on TV for dogs. Cause biggies nails were long, so we got that to trim them. Then we got "Paper Heart" and a bunch of other stuff that we don't need.

After target, we went to PETCO! Ive never been to PETCO because Ive never really owned any pets, so I didn't have a reason to go there. We walked in and omg I was so amused and excited to be there! lol We looked at the fishes (cause we're gonna get fishes later on this week) they were so pretty! They had this zebra print fish, little red fishes, all these colors! I wanted all of them! We're getting a tank with the filter thing, so I can have a lot of fishes in it! Cause I don't want just ONE fish, its going to get lonely and die on me, so NO. I want  A LOT of them and they better be friends and not eat each other! After we looked at the fishes, we went to the dog stuff. OMG there are SO many things to get for puppies! I wanted to buy everything! I got a little personalized engraved dog tag that says "Biggie" on it :) After a couple hours at PETCO (Yes, we were there that long! Time went by fast!) We headed over to The Grove to meet up with his friends. We went to go watch "The Wolfman" Geez! That theater was crazy CRAZY busy! There were people EVERYWHERE! We went inside the theater 40 minutes before the movie started to get seats all together. I had my enormous bottled water with me of course :) The movie was ok, it definitely had its scary parts and I had to close my eyes cause that shit was just too much! After the movie we went to the water fountain and watch the water show thing. I swear all the couples were there, it was crazy! I told my bf to keep it rated PG cause the kids were around lol While we were hugging and being couple-ly like I was looking at this couple, they were two gay men. They were so cute! One was super tall and the other one was short and they were kissing and hugging and it kinda went from rated PG to rated PG13! I made my bf turn around and look at them cause they were too cute. Thank the Lord my bf is not homophobic and that he's open minded! Phew! (Today we were both singing to Lady Gaga ... Shhh! Dont tell! haha) Anyway, after The Grove we went to go eat, just the two of us. It was almost midnight so we went to his favorite! .... JACK IN THE BOX! haha We went through the drive thru and we parked outside his place and we ate in the car. While we were eating a co worker called and asked me if I was just near la brea, I said yes and then he told me "Yeah, I just saw you with _______" hahaha I looked at my bf and I gave him the "Uh Oh" look. After I clicked the phone, I told him that someone saw us lol (Eventually everyone is going to find out who he is, but for now we like that some people have NO idea!) 

The next day on Monday, we went to the Santa Anita Horse Tracks! It was Presidents Day so they were giving out free beer glasses. We got a set each. They're pretty cool! The last time that we were there, I didn't win shit. This time though, was different!! I won every single race!! I WON! Not ONE, or TWO but ALL the races!! I was so happy!! Thank Goodness! We left the race tracks early because I had to go to work :( I took him to Hollywood with me and he went home on the train :( 

TODAY, we went out with our Philippine friend, his girlfriend, their friend, and their god daughter! They are so cool to hang out with! First, we all went to the Beverly Hills Hotel to apply. That hotel is seriously VERY nice! OMG. If I ever get married and we cant afford a fancy honeymoon, I'll settle with a weekend at the Beverly Hills Hotel! hahaha After the hotel, we all went to a Korean BBQ restaurant! My bf has NEVER eaten Korean BBQ! So, I was excited to take him! Our friend wanted to take us to THEIR favorite Korean BBQ restaurant. Omg, it was SO good! I asked my bf out of 1-10 what did he give the food. He said 10! YES! Wooo! We're all going to go back again! (We ate around 4pm and it's 10:40pm now and I'm STILL full! That's how much we ate!) While we were eating their God daughter started singing to Lady Gaga! That was the cutest shit ever!! After we ate we said our goodbyes and we headed over to his place to drop him off cause I had to go pick up my mom. Her car didnt start in the morning so I had to go. 

When I picked my mom up, she asked if I could take her to walmart. I haven't been to walmart in a LONG time! I forgot how cheap everything is! OMG! A bag of cotton balls was 97 cents! The peeing pads for doggies were 30 for $8! (@ PETCO they were 8 for $7!) As me and my mom were walking to the register, I bumped into an old co worker from the theater. She SO confused me for someone else! She said "Hey girl! How's your baby?! Isnt he like 13 now?!" I looked at her confused and I look at my mom and she looks surprised/confused/WTF face. I tell her "He's good! He's actually 15! ... Yeah, he's big!" Then she says "Get the fuck out of here! Its been that long?! No way!" hahaha I went a long with it until she left lol Then my mom said "WTF was that all about?!" lol It was funny lol .... Now, Im home writing this long as blog! I left out like 89% of the details cause this blog is long enough already!

NO TITTLE THIS TIME

This morning had to be one of the craziest mornings that I have ever had. I'm not going to go on to full detail, but I got a text from my boyfriend around 5am ish telling me that he was lost, he didn't know where he was. He had gone to his sisters party the night before and he got really wasted. I immediately started to get worried and anxious. After he finally made it home he got stopped by the cops while he's talking to me on the phone, I hear the cop ask him who we was talking to and he said "Im talking to my girl" Then the cop clicked on me. I called back several times and NOTHING I text him, and NOTHING. I couple hours later he calls me and explains to me what happened. At that point I was just angry because he scared the shit out of me and I was worried like crazy. Then we start arguing and yelling. Then he apologized, and said something dumb that made me laugh lol After we said our goodbye's I realized that, that was out first fight. He was yelling, I was yelling, he kept asking why I was mad, I kept yelling my answer to him lol Im sure that qualifies as a fight. Now we're fine :)

Today a friend told me that she had an affair for 6 months while she was still with her partner. I couldnt believe it. These two have been together for almost 5 years (I think. Or maybe 4 years) and all those years just went to hell. THATS MY #1 FEAR of being in a relationship. Having spent all that time and energy into a relationship for so many years and BAM! It can be over in a blink of an eye. That's very scary to me, like you have no idea! I asked my friend why she cheated and she said that her partner started to ignore her, started acting different with her, and started spending more time with other friends. So, she turned to someone else for companionship. The whole explanation and story that she told me was just unbelievable. Now that I'm in a relationship, stories like these make me want to keep my eyes even wider for "red flags" so they say. In the other hand I dont want to turn into this controlling psycho girlfriend.What to do, what to do. It's a little tough to balance out one's time between friends and your partner. If one doesnt spend enough time with their partner, then there goes the drama. If one starts cutting back on time spent with friends, then there is also drama!

Yesterday I was talking to one of my co workers and she was telling me how her and her boyfriend met each others families. It was so interesting to hear HOW it all happened. He was scared to meet her family because he was in jail for 3 years prior to being with her. He was concerned of what her family was going to think because of his time in jail. Then SHE was scared to meet his family because he told her that they were very judgmental. After meeting each others families they both felt relieved in a way. Both of their families were happy with the other person :) Then my co worker started telling me about a fight that they had a while ago. As she was telling me, my tears were coming down my cheeks. It was so sad. I put myself in her situation and I just started crying, then she started crying. At the end, they resolved it and moved on. After work we walked to our cars and they were building a huge tent behind our job. It was SO nice! They had the biggest chandeliers covered in roses! It was beautiful! Today I passed by the tent after work and my other co worker asked what was going on, and they told us that it was for the after party for the premier of "Valentines Day." :)  Im sleepy :(
