Recap of November

Im just going to do a quick re cap of this month :)

November 13th, I went to the Hello Kitty convention/expo at the Santa Monica airport. I went with Harold and Soleil. We got there in the afternoon cause we had to work in the morning. Anyway, when we got there I saw a lot of little kids wearing hello kitty shirts, face paint on their faces, the adults had their hello kitty shirts on. It was hello kitty mania. When we walked in, I was so overwealmed. Hello kitty was literaly every where! There were hundreds of people there. While we were waiting in line to play a game, we saw Kimora Lee Simmons with her pose. She's so tall and skinny. She looked so intimidating! I was going to ask her for a picture but I was scared hahaha Here are some pictures!

November 17, me and my panda spent the day with his mom! We had THAI food for dinner, it was so yummy. We had shrimp soup with rice, ugh it was so good! After we ate we took his mom to work :) After we dropped her off we were off to Sherman Oaks, to meet up with our friends for a movie. OMG there was so much traffic, you guys have no idea! It took us an hour and a half to get from Century City to Sherman Oaks! I couldn't believe it lol When we finally showed up (on time!) we went to go watch "127 Hours" I liked the movie, it was really good :)

November 18 me and Harold went to the christmas tree lighting at the Americana in Glendale. We got there early and we picked out a spot and laid out our blanket! It was so cold, omg. While we were waiting Harold went to go buy some snacks for us. Then, later on Sergio,Soleil, and Nelly showed up :) By the time they got there, it was so packed.

November 21 me and my mom went to go visit my grandma! She made home made arroz con leche (Rice and milk) OMG my grandma makes it so good! Mmm!!
November 22 was my brothers birthday! We all went to a bar. We showed up when everything was almost over. Im not going to explain what happened but, it was very interesting and funny lol Here's the ONE picture that I took that night lol

November 25 was THANKSGIVING day! Harold and I had to work in the morning. After we got off from work, we went to ralphs to get some stuff that we were missing to cook. Then we headed over to my grandmas house! This was the first time that they were going to meet! I was so scared, and he was more scared than I was! Once we parked the car, we started walking and I was scared and nervous and cold all at once! When we walked in, I introduced him to everyone and at first my grandma thought that he was just a co worker. Once I started cooking with her, I whispered in her ear and I told her that he was my boyfriend. Then she looked at him (he was watching movies with my brother in the living room) and she said, "All this time and you never told me! ... You better be careful! (implying that we better not pop out with any kids anytime soon lol)" After the food was done, we all ate at the table and my grandma gave her little speech on what she's thankful for :) I seriously didnt even finish my food, I ate so much!

Also, a couple weeks ago I bought this holder for my toothbrush, its the cutest thing ever! I love it!

ALSO, me and Harold took his mom to keiser and in the waiting room they had books and things for the kids so they wont be bored. I started going through the books! They were all from the library and they all had the library smell like Carry said in SATC! One of the books was from 1989!

Alright, so next Friday is MY BIRTHDAY! Im super excited. Im having it at the same place I had it last year :) Although, I think Im going to get a smaller room because I heard that they didnt give the day off to those that asked for the day off. Im assuming some people wont be able to go cause they have to work. Some told me that theyre going to give their shift away or change it and what not. Im going to go this thursday to go check the other room out! :) Im excited :) Yesterday me and my panda we're doing the invitations. He got a little creative on some of them lol Im going to go look for an outfit this week too :) Yaaaaay!

Hello Kitty

I went shopping with my mom and she bought me a pair of hello kitty slippers to walk around the house with :) They had them in two colors black and white ones. I loved both colors! I didnt know which ones to pick :( So, i sent my panda pictures of the slippers so he can help me decide and he said he likes both colors. So, he didnt help :(  Here they are.

White one

 Black one

And . . . .  I went with the black ones!

After, my mom was hungry so we went PINKS. Surprisingly there were only 6-8 people in line :)

Goodnight!

'Tis the season to be jolly, FA LA LA LA LA, LA LA LA LA!

After Halloween is over, I get really excited cause my favorite holidays are coming up! Thanksgiving and Christmas! OH! And my birthday is near also! :) I love this time of year. Ever since I was in elementary school, I have loved this time of year. I use to love making Christmas projects at school too! We used to make Christmas decorations out of construction paper! We also made snow globes out of baby food jars! Ugh, I loved it! Anyway, YAY ITS NOVEMBER

There's a lot of things happening this month. First, its Hello Kittys birthday month! So, Sanrio is having a lot of birthday parties for Hello Kitty! :) Hello Kitty isn't going to be at the Hollywood Sanrio store, so I'm going to skip that one. She's going to be at  the Sanrio store in Santa Monica instead. So, I'm going to go to that one with Harold :) He's going to be my photographer :) This is going to be his first time going to a HK event, I'm excited! :) Oh! ALSO, Sanrio is celebrating their 50th anniversary in LA! Its going to be like a carnival type thing. There's going to be games, a ferris wheel, prizes, miniature golf! and a lot of other activities. Its going to be at an open airport area in Santa Monica! Im soooo excited!!!
On Halloween night my friend Jorge went to visit at my job with his costume and he dressed up as Alan from THE HANGOVER! I freakin love that movie! Here's a picture that we took! hahaha

My job is closed this whole week, so I'm off for 10 days. Im splitting my time in half, for my family and my Harold :) I just got some news this week and he's been really supportive and positive with the whole situation. Im so thankful for him, for real (I love you babe!) Im really happy my mom likes him. She's always asking for him and making sure we're ok :) I went to his house last week after work and his mom fed me dinner :) She made his favorite dish. Its a dish from his homeland. Its called jocom. It was so good. That was my first time having it. His mom was telling me how she made it and what ingredients she used, but it was too much to remember. Im going to learn how to make it, one day.

My mom is going to El Salvador for Christmas and New Years, she's going to be back until January 11, 2011. So tomorrow, we're going shopping for a Christmas outfit for her :)

Alright, this is going to be a short one. Bye Bye!

It's Diiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiinner TIME!!!

(If you don't watch the Jersey Shore you wont get the tittle of this blog)

Anyway, last night I made dinner at Harold's house! I cooked because I haven't cooked in a while, and also because I'm tired of eating the same thing all the time. I made stuffed chicken (boneless & skinless) breast! It was stuffed with mozzarella cheese and spinach! AND topped off with a six cheese tomato sauce! AND rice with potatoes! Mmm!! It was so good!! This was my first time making the chicken like this. I saw it on TV and it looked easy so I wanted to make it! It turned out yummy! Harold loved it! Mmm!! Here are some pictures!

Stuff it with mozzarella cheese first

Then stuff it with spinach

We had to improvise cause we didnt have toothpicks lol

After the chicken is done, put a slice of mozzarella cheese on top right AFTER you take it off the pan so it can melt on top.

This rice with potatoes

This is how it should look like when you cut the chicken in half.

Spinach and yummy cheese drooling out :)

Mmm!!

Six cheese sauce

Final dish

SO GOOD!

Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top too

Mmm

Dont forget the bread!

Dessert!! RED VELVET cake!!!
The End :)
